Drug Free Clubs of America provides a voluntary drug-free program in high schools to encourage students to live drug-free in a community that encourages and supports their healthy lifestyles. It was founded by a group of firefighters in 2005 in response to the drug-related tragedies they witnessed every day. They regularly were called on to rescue people whose lives had been devastated by overdoses, violence, accidents, or even death. Now, they work to help the new generation of young adults feel confident in their choice to protect their health. Check out how to get these programs started in your school and become part of the amazing community saving our children’s lives.
